King's Quest Chapter 4 Snow Place Like HomeToday, King’s Quest Chapter 4: Snow Place Like Home was released by Sierra. For those of you who have purchased the Season Pass this chapter will automatically be added to your library. If not you’ll need a copy of the original game and then you can purchase chapter 4 as DLC.

Divinity Original Sin 2Divinity: Original Sin 2 is available for early access. While the full game isn’t being released until December 2016 the publishers, Larian Studios, have made the first act of the game available for download which includes about 10 hours of gameplay.

The game has not had its final polish so there may be some bugs or glitches during the game. There’ll also be more features and various improvements made over the next couple of months.

So what’s Divinity: Original Sin 2 all about? If you haven’t played the previous incarnations of the game I’ll get you up to speed. You play the game either solo or with up to three other friends and are the wielder of a magic that has been forbidden in the land. Read the rest of this entry

Civilization 6The much anticipated Civilization 6 is set to be released on October 21st 2016. Firaxis has hinted at a much updated researching system and new city dynamics. Civ 6 reintroduces unit stacking to a limited extent and cities now need space to develop new districts which may limit population growth.

Updated Graphics

One of the first things you’ll notice about Civ 6 is the updated graphics. Developers at Firaxis noticed that many Civ players liked to play the game while zoomed out. Having a large view of the world is important for Civ players so that they can get an understanding of where their units are located around the world so they can prepare a strategy. Stellaris ReviewStellaris is a grand strategy game developed by Paradox Development Studio and available for purchase on or after May 9th 2016. The game is set 200 years in the future where you get to explore the vast expanses of space and expand your empire.

The galaxy and races in Stellaris are procedural generated so you’ll have a different playing experience every time. Stellaris is a deep exploration game with 1,000s of planets to find and develop. There are also space anomalies to investigate. The game features a ship designer so that you can create your own space ships based on your level of technology.

Portal Knights ReviewPortal Knights is a sandbox, RPG, action and adventure game developed by Keen Games and published by 505 Games on the 25th of Feb 2016. As you begin the game you get to choose a male or female character and select a class, Ranger, Mage or Warrior. Before you begin the game you’ll be able to customize your characters look and name.

Portal Knights is currently in Early Access which means the game is ready to be played but may change significantly as the developers fine tune and tweak things according to player feedback. The full game when it’s finally released will have more bosses, crafting recipes, worlds and monsters.
