Silksong is the long-awaited sequel to Hollow Knight, featuring a large open world. This time you’ll be in control of the Hornet, with a range of new abilities, silk skills and tools. The action takes place in a world called Pharloom. Hornet must battle her way through dozens of bosses and hundreds of enemies to reach the kingdom’s peak.
Silksong is much harder than Hollow Knight. Many of the bosses will rival even the hardest bosses in Hollow Knight. Combined with the downward diagonal pogo, Silkong is a hard game to master. This walkthrough will prioritize obtaining the downward slash pogo as quickly as possible if you’re not sure you can master the diagonal movement.
Silksong begins in the Moss Grotto and has three acts. Overall, it’s a larger game than Hollow Knight. The second act begins when you make your way through the Grand Gate, or into the Citadel. For the third act you’ll need to descend into the Abyss and fight Lace one final time. So let’s begin…
