Drunken Rabble is an unmarked quest that takes place outside of The Golden Sturgeon. Two butchers will be outside asking for Crowns. You can either give them 25 Crowns to appease them, cast Axii and send them home or refuse and fight them.

If you win the fight against one of them the other will concede and leave. If you lose the fist fight you’ll wake up with a few Crowns missing from your wallet.
