After completing Pyers of Novigrad and while walking through Farcorners, between Portside Gate and Glory Gate you’ll come across a couple of Witch Hunters banging on someone’s door.

The house belongs to Remi Villeroy, a mage who has been sentenced to death. Help Remi defeat the Witch Hunters and he’ll give you a few Runestones for your trouble.
