Back to Act I – In Ciri’s Footsteps

Fleeing the Bog is a main quest from Ciri’s perspective that takes place near the end of the Ladies of the Wood quest. It explains what happens to Ciri when she arrives in Velen.

Ciri has been captured by the Crones and wakes up in a bedroom where she overhears what they plan to do to her. She quickly flees out a nearby window.

When you take control of Ciri you’ll need to make it to the other side of the bog. There are Drowners and Hounds of the Wild Hunt in your way but you can just ignore them and dash past them. Once you reach the marker on the other side you’ll get another cut-scene with Ciri hiding up a tree to stay out of sight of Imlerith, one of the generals of the Wild Hunt.
