Bonus
Satyagraha – You gain a boost in faith for each civilization who has founded a religion that you have met and that you are at peace with. Civilizations who attack India suffer additional happiness penalties.
Ability
Dharma – Cities you control gain the follower beliefs of all religions within them instead of just one.
Agenda
Peacekeeper – Ghandi resists getting into wars if he will be branded as a warmonger. He likes other civilizations that keep the peace.
Unit
Varu – Unique elephant attack unit that reduces the combat strength of nearby enemies by 5.
Building
Stepwell – Provides food and housing. If placed next to a Farm it provides additional food and if next to a Holy Site it gains extra faith.
Japanese (Hojo Tokimune)
Bonus
Meiji Restoration – Districts receive and additional +1 adjacency bonus when next to another District.
Ability
Divine Wind – Land units get +5 combat strength when adjacent to the coast. Naval units get +5 combat strength when in shallow water.
Agenda
Bushido – Likes civilizations with strong faith, culture and military.
Unit
Samurai – Unique melee unit of the Japanese empire unlocked with Military Tactics.
Building
Electronics Factory – Replaces the Factory and provides bonus Culture and Production to nearby cities within 6 tiles.
Kongolese (Mvemba a Nzinga)
Bonus
Religious Convert – May not build Holy Site districts, found Religions or gain Great Prophets. You gain all the Beliefs from any Religion that is in a majority of your cities.
Ability
Nkisi – Artifacts, Relics and Great Works of Art that you own provide +2 Food, +4 Gold and +2 Production. They also give you additional Great Artist and Great Merchant points.
Agenda
Enthusiastic Disciple – He likes civilizations that spread their religion to his cities.
Unit
Ngao Mbeba – Replaces the Swordsman and does not require Iron to build. Has a defensive bonus against ranged attacks and can move and see through Forest and Jungle tiles as if it is open terrain.
Building
Mbanza – Replaces the Neighborhood and provides additional Food and Gold.
Norwegian (Harald Hardrada)
Bonus
Thunderbolt of the North – All naval melee units gain the coastal raiding ability.
Ability
Knarr – Naval and embarked units may enter deep ocean tiles after researching the Shipbuilding technology. There is no additional movement cost to embark and disembark.
Agenda
Last Viking King – Harald likes civilizations that have a strong navy.
Unit
Berserker – Melee unit with 4 Movement points if starting within enemy territory. They gain +7 Combat Strength when attacking and -7 Combat strength when defending.
Longboat – Replaces the Galley.Can pillage adjacent land tiles and capture civilian units such as Builders and Settlers.
Building
Stave Church – Replaces the temple. Holy Site districts receive and additional bonus from woods.
