The Bard’s Tale IV: Barrows Deep Review

The Bard’s Tale IV: Barrows Deep takes you back to the world of the classic Bard’s Tale games first released over 35 years ago. 150 years after the end of the last series the land is in need of a hero once more. Hidden forces seek to gain control over Skara Brae and the surrounding world and it’s up to you to stop them.

This game features over 40 hours of gameplay, over 100 pieces of atmospheric music and 350 voice acted NPCs. Much of the lore in the classic series is still present in The Bard’s Tale IV although much of the gameplay has been modernized, for better or worse.

Mount & Blade 2: Bannerlord – Most Anticipated Games of 2017 (Part 4)

Mount and Blade 2 BannerlordsMount & Blade 2: Bannerlord is an action, RPG and strategy game by TaleWorlds Entertainment and set for release sometime in 2017. It’s the prequel to the combat simulator Mount & Blade: Warband which was released in 2010.

Graphics have been updated and you’ll be immersed in a beautiful and rich world. TaleWorlds programmers have custom designed an engine just for this game which will allow the battles to be rendered in spectacular detail. Tale Spire: Most Anticipated PC Games of 2017 (Part 1)

Tale Spire DiceWith the end of the year fast approaching it’s time to look ahead at what lays in store for us over the next year in 2017.

Luckily there are some highly anticipated games such as Tale Spire and you can see a gif image of the dice mechanics over to the left.

Divinity: Original Sin 2 In Early Access

Divinity Original Sin 2Divinity: Original Sin 2 is available for early access. While the full game isn’t being released until December 2016 the publishers, Larian Studios, have made the first act of the game available for download which includes about 10 hours of gameplay.

The game has not had its final polish so there may be some bugs or glitches during the game. There’ll also be more features and various improvements made over the next couple of months.

So what’s Divinity: Original Sin 2 all about? If you haven’t played the previous incarnations of the game I’ll get you up to speed.
