Back to Novigrad

Racists of Novigrad is an unmarked secondary quest and is split into two parts. When you enter Novigrad from the Portside Gate you’ll come across a few townsmen harrasing a poor Elf woman. You can either leave or defend the Elf. If you defend her the men will eventually back off. The Elf is still not happy because she knows she’ll have to deal with more ruffians in the future.

To the northeast of the Tretogor Gate you’ll come across more Elves being harrassed. You can either leave them or intervene and tell the townsfolk to back off. This time if you stand up for the Elves you’ll have to fight the townsfolk. After the fight you can warn the Elves that they need to leave because it will only get worse or just wish them farewell.
