Now that 2019 has come and gone it’s time to take a look at some of the best PC games of the year. It was an interesting year for PC games as there were few AAA titles released. Silksong was initially planned as DLC for Hollow Knight but grew so large it’s become a game all on its own. This time you play as Hornet as she ascends to the top of a haunted kingdom. There’s over 150 new enemies to face as well as new combat moves, weapons and traps.

Team Cherry is comprised of just three people with a few extras who help out with various aspects of the game, such as the music score. The man behind the music and sound effects for Silksong is Christopher Larkin who created the original soundtrack for Hollow Knight.

Bridge Constructor Portal is a new take on the Bridge Constructor game with the use of Portals from the Aperture Science Enrichment Center. This is an interesting merging of two game mechanics that should lead to some interesting puzzles and unique solutions.

Bridge Constructor Portal was developed by ClockStone and published by Headup Games on the 20th of December 2017. It features 60 levels with plenty of brain teasing challenges along the way. Ori and the Will of the Wisps is an upcoming platform adventure game by Moon Studios. It’s the sequel to Ori and the Blind Forest which is one of the most beautiful and picturesque games ever produced. Ori is a little guardian spirit who forget himself and his connection with the great Spirit Tree.

Ori and the Will of the Wisps will focus on new adventures outside of the forest of Nibel as Ori searches for his true destiny. The game was first announced during the Electronic Entertainment Expo 2017 (E3) on the 11th of June 2017. Read the rest of this entry
