Along a road leading up to the bridge to the Border Post you’ll find a yard with a Wild Dog trying to get into a hut.

Kill the Dog and if you listen carefully you’ll hear children talking inside. Knock on the door and a little girl will answer. The children are orhpans and have been kicked out of their homes because there’s not enough food to feed them.

You can help them by giving them either food or Crowns. Either way the girl will thank you and give you the book In Beast’s Clothing. Read the book for the Werewolf Decoction Manuscript and bestiary entries for Werewolves and Ulfhedinn. This completes the quest.
