harassing a Troll is an unmarked quest in Velen and can be found to the northwest of Inn at the Crossroads. Make your way to the campfire by the riverside and you’ll come across a Rock Troll being attacked by a group of Nekkers.

Help the Rock Troll defeat the Nekkers and he’ll tell you that he likes to make Nekker Soup. This may have upset the Nekkers. You can ask him about it if you want. Otherwise continue on your journey to the next location.
