Back to Act I – In Ciri’s Footsteps

The Race is another flash back to Ciri’s story. The Baron and his men are sitting around with Ciri enjoying some roasted meet. The men are joking around and Ciri challenges one of them to a race. The horse she wants to win belongs to the Baron so the Baron takes up the challenge instead.

The next morning the two are sitting on their horses ready to begin the race. All you need to do is reach the finish line. It doesn’t matter if you win or lose this race.

Once you reach the end you’ll hear the scream of a Basilisk as it swoops down to attack.

The story will end here unless you’ve completed the Ladies of the Wood main quest. When you’ve completed it return to the Baron for the second part of this story, Ciri’s Story: Out of the Shadows.
