The first chamber uses orange gel that you’ll need to use to run faster and get across large gaps. Portal up to the ledge with the button. Place a portal under the orange gel dispenser and one on the wall at the start of the runway. Press the button to spray gel along the runway. Run along the runway and jump across the gap. Turn around and place a portal above the ledge with the button. Go around the corner, place the second portal on the wall and go through.

Place the first portal under the gel dispenser and press the button. Go through the portal and down the second runway so you can jump across the second gap. Place a portal behind the cube and one on the other wall. Go through and grab the cube. Portal your way back to the start of the chamber.

Place the cube on the button to lift up the ramp. Run along the ramp to bounce up to the higher platform. Place a portal under the red button with the arrow. Go through and place a portal at the start of the runway. Run through and you’ll end up flying up to the red button. Press it to open the exit and go through.

Walk around to the next chamber. This time you’ll find two gel dispensers, blue and orange, with red buttons next to them. There’s a platform with a pillar half way across the gap and the exit at the other side.

Place a portal under the orange gel and the other on the pillar. Press the red button to squirt a line of orange gel. Place portals under the blue gel and on the roof at the end of the platform. Take a run up and bounce to the pillar. Walk around to the other side and portal up to the walkway above. Place portal on the wall and go through back to the start of this chamber.

Place a portal on this side of the pillar and take a running jump once more. You’ll portal through the pillar and land on the exit on the other side.

This area is a little complicated. Here are the steps to completing it without trying to explain exactly where to place each portal. Use the orange gel on the runway and a splodge of blue gel on the platform above it. Use the sloped panel to get the blue gel on the higher platform.

Next place blue gel on the panel that rotates when you stand on the red button. Portal over to the runway. And run through the lower panel to come out the higher panel. You’ll bounce off another panel and land on the platform with the cube. Grab the cube and take it over to the platform with the button. Place the cube on the button and then portal over to the runway.

Place blue gel on the sloped platform up and to the left of the runway. Place a portal at the end of the runway and run through. You’ll bounce off the panel you turned over with the button and land by the exit.

Follow the path through the building and portal up to the walkway above the thank you sign.

Head outside and portal up to a higher walkway on the right. Enter the building and walk around to the office. Pull the three switches to activate the blue, orange and white gel.

Portal up to the broken walkway in the center of the room and bounce across to the other walkway. Quickly run under the pistons as they lift up. The orange gel on the floor will help you get across quickly. Go through the door and place a portal on the sloped wall. Head back inside, run across the orange gel and place the second portal on the wall opposite. You’ll be flung across to a stairway.

Go inside, head around the office and down the stairs. Enter the door on the right and press the red button to open the exit. Head out through the exit and take the lift to the next area.

This testing area features white gel which you’ll need to spread about so you can place portals. You’ll need to spread the gel up the sides of the buildings so you can get up to the walkway. You’ll also need gel on the sloped panel on the side of the buildings so you can use this to fling yourself towards the exit.

Follow the path to an elevator shaft. The elevator’s not working so you’ll need to portal your way up. When you reach the lift place a portal on the floor of the lift and the other on a platform down below. Drop down to fling yourself out of the portal in the lift and place the second portal higher up. Do this a few times until you reach the next room.

Place a portal on the wall behind a walkway high up on the building and one on the ground to portal up to it. Portal up to the beams. Place a portal on the sloped roof and then drop down through a portal to get flung across to another platform.

Place the second portal under the blue gel to splurt gel on the sloped panel and drop down again. This time you’ll be flung onto the platform, bounce off the panel and lander higher up.

Place the portal on the only bit of white floor and drop down again. As you’re flying up place the first portal on the higher ledge to portal up higher. Make your way through the barrier to the next room.

There’s three gel dispensers here. Splurt white gel on the far wall by using a portal in the roof. Splurt orange gel along the center of the room. Place a portal on the side of the far wall and the second on the sloped portion. Take a running jump through the first portal to be flung up to a higher ledge.

Use the one bit of floor up here to place white gel on the roof and then a portal on the roof to place blue gel on the floor. Make the running jump through the portals again. This time you’ll bounce on the blue gel over to another platform. Place a portal under the white gel and one through the grating above to spread the gel around and portal up.

Place the second portal on the sloped panel inside the shaft and the fans will blow the white gel all around the shaft. Portal out to a large room with pipes.

Portal up to the central walkway and place a portal high on the far wall. Drop down through a portal to be flung across to the office. Press the Hatch Override button and then take the lift through the massive hatch in the roof.
