Tomb Raider: Anniversary
Tomb Raider: Anniversary was released just over a decade after the original. It follows almost all of the same story although some parts have been reimagined. Lara is searching for a mystical artifact known as the Scion. She’ll be lead to a series of ruins around the world including locations in Peru, Greece, Egypt and Atlantis.
Lara starts with dual-wielding pistols and can find a shotgun, 50-caliber pistols and a Mini-SMG along the way. You can hold as many medipaks as you can find but ammo for each gun is capped. Lara has her grapple from the last game but there are no vehicles to drive. You can save your game manually at any time but when you load you’ll be taken back to the previous checkpoint.
Tomb Raider Anniversary Controls
Most of the controls for Tomb Raider: Anniversary are the same as Tomb Raider: Legend. One new features is the Adrenaline Dodge or Headshot. When an enemy becomes enraged Lara can dodge out of the way and do a headshot which one kills most of the basic enemies.
