This quest is initiated once you complete One on One: Vergen in the second chapter if you defeat the Aedirnian noble, Silgrat, in a fistfight. He’s incensed that he was beaten by the Witcher and waits for revenge in the ruins (1). When you find him another fistfight will begin. Beat him once more to complete this quest.
