Secrets: 4

Take out the Shotgunners and Imps that teleport in then shoot the Sigil around the corner to the right to open the wall on the west side with a Berserk Pack. This is Secret #1.

Open the wall on the north side of Secret #1 for Secret #2 with a SoulSphere and shotgun shells.

Drop down to the path over the lava river and ride the lift up. Carefully make your way around to the right of the first torch to find MegaArmor. This is Secret #3.

Carefully make your way back and take out the Hell Knight guarding the Red Key.

If you would rather keep your distance from the Hell Knight drop into the lava on the south side and enter the portal. This takes you to Secret #4, a room just south of the Hell Knight cage with a Chaingun and SoulSphere. You can easily snipe him off through the window.

Go back and take the narrow path around to the west. A Cyber Demon will have spawned in to the starting area so be very careful.

Press the skull button to remove the walls so you can make it further west. You will need to hit the next skull button to open up the exit from this room.

If you want to take out the Cyber Demon stand on a teleporter in the lava to telefrag him in the starting room. He moves around so you may need to try it a few times.

When you’re done continue around the ledge to the south and hit the red skull button to open up a new room.

Make your way through to the SoulSphere. When you get close to it all the walls will lower and enemies will teleport in. The wall hiding the Exit also lowers. Take out the final enemies and get out of there.
