Back to Velen

This quest will appear during the Skellige side quest called Master Armorers where you need to find acid to craft some armor. Make your way to the location marked on the map and use your Witcher senses to follow a trail of blood.

Along the way you’ll find one of the beast’s feathers. Continue up the hill until you find the best, an Archgriffin.

Archgriffins are a subspecies of Griffin. They can spit acid and are immune to fire. Using Hybrid Oil on your Silver Sword will increase you damage against it. Once the beast has been defeated loot the body for the Archgriffin Trohpy and Archgriffin Acid Gland. Bring the gland back to Yoanna in the Crow’s Perch to complete the quest.
