On a path to the east of Oreton you’ll notice a Dog being attacked by Wolves. You may mistake them all for Wolves if you don’t look carefully. You’ll need to act quickly to take out all the Wolves before they kill the Dog.

If you save the Dog you’ll find a Key on the Dog’s collar and then it will run off. Follow the Dog to a Bandit’s House. Kill the Bandits if you haven’t already and go inside. Lift up the floorboards and use the Key to open the Chest underneath. When you read the Notes the quest will end.
