Karmic Justice is an unmarked quest in Farcorners, a district of Novigrad. Make your way to the alley between the Tretogor Gate and the Southern Gate and you’ll find three Elves surrounding a Merchant.

Talk to them to find out the Merchant is accused of selling poisoned Fisstech to their children. They’ve come here for revenge. You can ask to search the Merchant for Fisstech but the Elves will claim he’s already sold it all. The Merchant denies all the accusations and pleads for help.

You have no more clues to go on than this. You can either help the Merchant and kill the three Elves or leave the Merchant to his fate. If you save the Merchant he’ll give you 50 Crowns. If you side with the Elves they’ll only give you their thanks.
